  6. I've been doing a 16 to 19 hour daily fast since September, 2019. In addition to positive results mentioned in the video I experience a dramatic uptick in energy during morning hours that continues until I eat (usually between 11 am and 2 pm). This may be due to caffeine (I drink black coffee – half-caff – in the morning, switch to full-caff after I eat then decaf around 3-4 pm). It is a very good feeling feeling. Interestingly, my body now interprets hunger in a not unpleasant way – it is something I look forward to. I think you have to experience it directly to understand. I encourage anyone who wants to try this out to do so and see if it works for you!
